SureStay Plus by Best Western Southern Pines Pinehurst

The room was very clean and comfortable but the best thing about our stay was the staff's top notch customer service. They exceeded our expectations and accommodated our needs to the best of their ability. Everyone, from the manager (Mr. Damien) to the cleaning crew was excellent!!! We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Southern Pines. NC.

Some rooms need repair. Thermostat didn't work in my room and weather/sound proof seal around the door to the outside was old and no longer worked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Located right off hwy 1 and only 15 minutes from the Carolina Horse Park.

Room was reasonably priced, and we had no problem with our late arrival. The room was clean and large enough for our party of two adults and one child to be comfortable in. Pets are allowed, although we did not have one with us. We did occasionally hear dogs barking. Our only real complaint would be that the website claims that a hot breakfast is complimentary each morning, but we were only offered a bag with an apple, juice, and a package of two small muffins. Coffee is also available. Overall, a good visit, and I would stay here again.

We have stayed at the SureStay in Southern Pines twice in the past month and a half. We chose them based on cost and after reviewing their website decided to make the first reservations. Our experience was very good. Sam who was on the front desk for our first check-in was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and ready to help us get settled in in any way we needed. This is not a Hilton but our room was certainly adequate. We rested comfortably and were very pleased. We chose this place our second time and were accommodated very well. Complications on our end made us miss the first night of our reservation. To my surprise the front desk personnel called me late in the night to make sure we did not lose our entire reservation by providing me with information to ensure we could come the next day without complications. We had several obstacles. The front desk responded helpfully each time. The rooms are adequate. In my opinion Sam and the other front desk personnel made this SureStay experience stand out. Customer service pushed this motel to get high marks from us!! Thank you, staff!

I just finished staying there for 8 nights and it was an excellent experience. The girl at the front desk (Jenee) was outstanding! She was super pleasant, took care of the few things I asked her for and looked out for any way to take a few dollars off the rate. Room was clean and comfortable. If you are there for golf it is in a perfect location as far as being very close to most of the good courses. Also, if you have a dog make sure you go to Martin dog park a mile away. Best dog park ever!

This hotel is one of the best in the area. The rooms are large and modern. The lamps have USB ports and the tv has HBO. The king bed is large and firm. The only drawback is bathroom is a little small and outdated. The breakfast is impressive. A really good selection of items including waffles and fresh fruit. The store in the lobby is well stocked as well. Staff was super friendly. The only complaint I have about the service is they are kind of tight when it comes to getting more pillows and towels for the room. But those are small issues that overall didn't really affect the amazing experience we always have staying here. Definitely worth the money. Definitely will stay here again. Keep up the good work.
